KFC Homemade Chicken

  • Chicken wings-750 gr.
  • Salt-0.5 tbsp.
  • Hot pepper – 0.5 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil-20 ml.
  • Coriander – 1 tsp.
  • Garlic – 2 tooth.
  • Potatoes-500-600 gr.
  • Frying oil-500 gr.
  • Corn flakes-150 gr.
  • Egg – 1 PC.

Wash the chicken wings, divide them by the joints, remove the tip. Place in a deep dish. Add salt, hot pepper, coriander, grate garlic, pour oil and mix. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Remove while in the side and prepare the breadcrumbs. To do this, put corn flakes without sugar in cellophane, and grind them with a hammer, but not very finely. In a separate bowl, shake the egg. You can make two options, so put half of the wings in the form and bake in the oven 250°C for 30 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Add salt and your favorite seasonings, read more. Stir and leave them for a while while you fry the wings.
Pour the oil into the cauldron and heat it well. Release the tarred wings in small portions. Fry until Golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Remove from the heat and place on a paper towel, check whystle. In the same oil, fry the potatoes, too, until a beautiful crust.
