For 7 pieces:
- Cottage cheese-200 gr.
- Flour-20 gr.
- Sugar-20 gr.
- Coconut shavings-20 gr.
- Egg – 1 PC.
In a deep bowl, pour 200 gr of cottage cheese. Add 20 g of sugar. 20 gr of coconut shavings and 20 gr of flour. Break the egg. Mix well.
Now use your hands to form the cakes. Give the shape of a round tortilla, 2 cm thick. Do not worry that the mass will crumble in your hands. During roasting, everything will catch on perfectly. Carefully trim the edges with your fingers, place them on a Board and heat a dry frying pan over medium heat.
Put all the cheesecakes. When a crust has formed at the bottom, carefully turn it over. Also fry until brown. Now turn it over a couple more times so that the cheesecakes are cooked inside. The main thing is to do all this over medium heat. You will notice on the sides when your cheesecakes are ready.
All cooking takes no more than 15 minutes.
