For 3 servings:
Sesame oil – 2 tbsp.
Mushrooms – 5 PCs (165 gr.)
Chicken breast-350 gr.
Garlic – 2 tooth.
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
Chili paste – 1 tbsp.
Chicken broth-1 liter
Ramen noodles – 2 PCs.
Eggs – 3 PCs.
First, wash the chicken breast and put it in a deep dish. Salt to taste. Take one tablespoon of Korean chili paste. It can be easily purchased at any Korean food store. Put on the chicken and brush it well over the breast. RUB until the meat is completely soaked. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Pour sesame oil into a small frying pan and heat it. Put the chicken breast, fry over high heat. When a crust has formed at the bottom, turn it over. Reduce the heat, fry for 3 minutes. Then cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Check on the willingness of the fillet and remove.
Take 5 small mushrooms and cut them into four parts. Put in the same pan and fry for a short time. If necessary, you can add oil. Finely chop the onion. Add it to the mushrooms. Press down the garlic and chop it. Put it in the pan as well. Last of all, pour two tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir and fry over medium heat.
When the moisture evaporates, add the chicken stock. You can just use water. Open the package of ramen noodles. Put it in the pan. Also add the seasoning that goes with the noodles. Carefully open the noodles and cook over medium heat, with the lid closed, for 5 minutes.
Then open the lid and add the raw egg. Cook until the protein has set. Now put the noodles in a deep dish. Put an egg on top. Then the mushrooms. Cut the meat into thin layers. Also add leeks or fresh cucumber. Pour over the broth. Delicious ramen soup in front of you.
