Chicken legs in the oven
- Chicken legs – 4 PCs.
- Sugar-2 tbsp.
- Salt-1 tbsp.
- Water – 80 ml.
So, heat a saucepan and pour in 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp salt. Melt over high heat. When the sugar starts to melt, stir it. Everything needs to be done very quickly. Then add 80 ml of water. Stir again and hold over medium heat for a couple of minutes. Put the syrup aside for now.
Take 4 chicken legs. Pierce them with a skewer on the inside. Then put them in a deep dish. Pour the syrup. Close the lid and shake well. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
Now place on a baking sheet. Brush with the remaining marinade. Bake in a 200°C oven for 40 minutes.
