For 16 pieces:
- Butter-80 gr.
- Milk-200 ml.
- Sugar-2 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
- Yeast – 2 tsp.
- Egg – 1 PC.
- Flour-430 gr.
- Cooking oil
- Cinnamon for taste
Put 80 gr in a saucepan. butter. Melt it briefly pozurite still on fire. Add 200 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar. 1 tsp salt and break 1 egg. Add 2 tsp of yeast and mix well. Now pour into a deep bowl and gradually add the sifted flour. Zamesit dough.
It took me 430 gr. The dough should be soft and not stick to your hands. Close it tightly and put it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
Then open it and remember it. Close again and put in a warm place for another 15 minutes.
Place on a Board and form a sausage. Divide into 16 parts. While you work with one piece, cover the rest with plastic wrap, look more here . Roll out the dough into a thin bundle. Twist it and fasten the tip. Place also on a Board and cover with cling film.
In a saucepan, put the oil over a high heat. As soon as it is hot, turn on the medium heat and put the curls on 3-4 pieces. Fry on both sides until a beautiful color.
Transfer the finished doughnuts to a deep bowl and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of sugar. Then 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Close the lid and mix. The end result is a delicious spicy curls.
