  • Peas-200 gr.
  • Salt-0.5 tbsp.
  • Water-500 ml.


Roasting:

  • Carrots-100 gr.
  • Onion-50 gr.
  • Cooking oil
  • Chops:
  • Chicken breast-200 gr.
  • Starch – 2 tbsp.
  • Onion-90 gr.
  • Sour cream-50 gr.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Dill-10 gr.
  • Cheese-50 gr.

Pour the washed peas into the pan, add salt and pour in the water. Cook the peas for 1.5-2 hours over medium heat. So that it is completely boiled in mashed potatoes.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Chop the onion into a puree using a blender or meat grinder. Combine the breast and onion in a deep bowl. Then add salt, sour cream, dill-I have frozen, as well as starch. Mix everything well.
Heat a frying pan, and put the minced meat on one tablespoon. Fry in a small amount of oil on both sides until tender. Put the onions and carrots in the same pan. Fry briefly. Assemble the roast and add it to the pea puree. Now use a blender to grind until smooth. In General, the dish is ready, you can serve cutlets with a side dish. And you can put it in portions in molds and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in a 250°C oven for 10 minutes.
