Cheese Tortillas

  • Kefir-300 gr.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Soda – 1 tsp.
  • Flour-330 gr.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Processed cheese-150 gr.
  • Cheese-250 gr.

In a deep bowl, pour 300 gr. kefir’s. Add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of soda. Stir and wait until the soda is extinguished. Next, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir. Now sift the flour and knead the dough. Add the flour gradually, watch the dough, it should not be very sticky. But at the same time, it’s not cool. It took me 330 gr. sorrow. Cover the dough and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the rested dough into 8 parts, find more here. Roll each one into a ball, leave one and put the rest back in the bowl and close it so that they don’t get winded. Sprinkling with flour, roll out a small circle of 15-17 cm. Do not make them too thin, 5-7 mm thickness will be enough. Place on a baking sheet.
Take the melted cheese and apply to the surface. Also, sprinkle liberally with grated cheese on top. Bake in a 250 °C oven for 10 minutes.
